오늘은 가나안에 보내진 12명의 정탐꾼 이야기를 배웠어요. 그 중 10명은 가나안 사람들을 두려워 하였고, 여호수아와 갈렙만이 믿음의 보고를 하여 약속의 땅을 약속 받았죠. 우리 아이들에게도 무서운게 많이 있대요. (거미, 뱀파이어, 좀비, 어두움, 큰 소리 등등..) 아이들이 살면서 두렵고 무서운 일이 생길 때에 하나님이 함께 하심을 믿고 하나님의 약속을 쟁취하는 아이들이 되기를 축복합니다.

BIBLE STORY SUMMARY:

• The Israelites arrived on the border of the promised land.

• Moses sent 12 scouts to see what the land was like. 

• All the scouts said it was very good land, but 10 of them said the people in the land were too strong to defeat.

• Caleb and Joshua trusted God to take the land.

• The Israelites refused to go into the land, so God made them wander the wilderness. 

CHRIST CONNECTION: The Israelites did not trust God. They rebelled against Him. Jesus trusted God perfectly. He came into the world to take the punishment we deserve for our own rebellion against God. When we trust in Jesus, God forgives our sin and invites us into His kingdom forever
